Is Fidel Castro dead?

I heard a rumor on Friday night that Fidel Castro had died. We checked the news, but found nothing. One website, perezhilton.com had some rumors about his death, but no credible sources had any word.

I don't know if he is alive or dead, but there is oftentimes some truth in rumors. We shall see!
