Mortgage Woes

With all the problems that the mortgage industry is having, it made me wonder: if Countrywide is having such big problems, what about the other guy, Washington Mutual? So many people have their loans through one of the two players, but no one has said anything about WAMU. I did find this, though: Big US Banks Could Benefit from Countrywide's Woes.

It makes complete sense, becuase WAMU is a bank and Countrywide isn't. But, it's still an interesing read.
