When I arrived at work this morning...

Normally when I roll into the parking lot, there are 3 or 4 cars. Today there were 3 or 4 cars, plus 2 Fort Lauderdale Police cruisers that were parked in front of the lobby. I peered through my windows to see who they were taking away. All I could see was there was someone on the ground and they were crouched around "him". Naturally, I rubbernecked my way over to where they were. Low and behold, there was a small pit pull puppy (maybe a year old) on the ground and they were trying to coax him into the back of the cruiser. He was so scared. They were feeding him treats that he happily accepted, but there was no way he was going to get into the back of the car (can you blame him?). It was really funny; 2 officers were talking to him in baby voices and trying to get him into the car, but he wasn't budging. Finally, they hoisted him into the backseat of the cruiser. Poor guy.

I wonder if they will fingerprint him, or in this case "paw print" him??
