giant ass bag of pecans

We received a giant ass bag of pecans today in the mail. Wowzers, we're going to have to make a lot of pecan pies! I don't know what else you use pecans for. Any ideas?

  1. You can make candied pecans and put them in your salad. Yummy! Or, I guess you can not candify them and also put them in your salad. Almost yummy!

    You can also finely crush them and use them like bread crumbs to coat chicken or fish.
