itunes party shuffle - wish list/file for later

I wish there was a way to use the 'Party Shuffle' feature on iTunes where you could choose all categories, but filter out ones you didn't want. Right now we are cleaning the house and listening to our iTunes library. It seems that every other song is a Christmas tune. Just now we caught ourselves singing along to Jingle Bell Rock. While this is a great song, it is almost February for Christ's sake. It is such a pain to go through the iTunes library and remove all the Christmas songs.

Does anyone know how to do this? There must be a hack somewhere. I need to look into this. In the meantime we're going to rock out to Dolly Parton's Christmas carols. Merry Christmas!
