OMG, I am wondering if there is a 12-year old girl trapped in my body, desperately trying to get out. One of my favorite songs right now is by Miley Cyrus. I even downloaded it from iTunes. It is all over the radio and at first I didn't like it, but now I can't get it out of my head. My best friend Leslie said, "Oh she's just being Miley".
My other favorite songs right now are 'Love Song' by Sara Bareilles, 'Sweetest Girl' by Wyclef Jean (I love how she made him hula hoop around the gym) and 'Low' by Flo Rida (get the joke?).
Steven and I were recently talking about how we don't know all the popular music anymore. When I was a kid I knew Casey Kasem's American Top 40 by heart. Every Sunday morning I would listen and count down the songs, just me and Casey. But now, and I hate to say it, many of the popular songs don't appeal to me. Except Miley. She's my girl. I just hope she doesn't go crazy like Britney and Lindsey, but it is probably inevitable.
