mid-week gathering

Last night David and Michael came over for dinner. It was an impromptu gathering as we had some important business to discuss. After we got that out of the way we played a really fun game (whose name is totally escaping me right now). Basically you have a device in your hand and the device has a word or phrase or name on it. Your job is to describe this to your teammate before the buzzer sounds. If you’re left with the device in your hands when the buzzer goes off the other team gets a point. It was a riot.

We had grilled chicken and rice and beans for dinner. It was a hot night so we ate inside. I love mid-week impromptu gatherings. We weren’t up late and I even had an opportunity to read more of my Ron Jeremy book before bed. Ahh, good times.
