Manatees

I fucking love manatees. This article in the Cape Cod Times reminded me how cute these gentle giants are. It is amazing to me that they swim all the way up to Cape Cod from Miami. That's a long way! And they aren't particularly fast swimmers. I wonder why they don't stay in Florida over the summer. It must just be too hot for them.

One interesting thing I learned about these guys is that they drink fresh water. Who knew?
